The goal of the project “Legal issues derived from the use of monitoring and earth observation technologies to ensure environmental compliance in the Hellenic legal order- HELLASNOMOSAT” (MIS 5047355), is to examine the legal issues raised in greek legal system, when using remote sensing technologies to improve environmental compliance. Legal issues, such as conflict with privacy and personal data protection, property rights and the possibility of using them as judicial evidence are examined.

The main deliverables of the project are constituted of the following:
